Kaitie is a friendly and highly organized chiropractic office receptionist dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic. As the first point of contact for patients, Kaitie excels in creating a welcoming atmosphere and streamlining administrative processes to enhance the overall patient experience. Kaitie loves to spend time with her boyfriend and two cats, as well as loves to spend time outdoors and travel.

Nurse Practitioner Madison Kissel is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in providing comprehensive care to patients across the lifespan. Madison specializes in both acute and chronic pain management, as well as pain relieving injections. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at the University of North Florida and then went on to earn her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Florida. Madison is a Jacksonville native and enjoys surfing, scuba diving, and traveling with her two dogs in her free time.

Zach has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for eight years. As a graduate of the Alpha School of Massage, with a passion for helping others through therapeutic massage, he focuses on sports and injury recovery. Zach uses a blend of techniques from trigger point release, to deep tissue, to cupping therapy and stretching to provide each patient with a massage session focused on their needs.
